Project Overview
Peninsula Three is an iconic residential statement rising 49 storeys above the heart of Business Bay. Developed by Select Group, this tower serves as a centerpiece of the wider Peninsula master development—Dubai’s first community-focused waterfront destination. Designed for the modern urbanite, the project offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Dubai Canal and the Burj Khalifa skyline, blending vibrant city life with the serenity of waterfront living.
Supplying a 49-storey tower requires materials that can maintain their aesthetic integrity under the structural and environmental demands of a skyscraper. Our porcelain tiles were selected for their superior durability and industrial-grade performance.
To match the tower’s “elevated urban living” concept, we provided tiles with a refined finish that complements the contemporary interiors and the floor-to-ceiling windows characteristic of Select Group’s design language.
Given the project’s location along the Dubai Canal, the materials were chosen for their moisture resistance and long-term performance in a premium waterfront setting.
