Project: Pearl Bay Mixed Use – Development at the City of Lights (formerly Al Sadu Towers)
“A Landmark Transformation Weaving Heritage with Modern Urbanity”
Project Overview
Pearl Bay (formerly Al Sadu Towers) is a visionary regeneration landmark located on an expansive 17,532-square-meter site in Abu Dhabi’s City of Lights. This ambitious project involves the transformation of five high-rise towers, ranging from 26 to 56 storeys, into a comprehensive urban ecosystem. The development is a profound celebration of Emirati heritage, with a design concept inspired by the traditional Al Sadu weaving craft.
By providing material solutions for this landmark regeneration project, we contribute to one of Abu Dhabi’s most sophisticated examples of sustainable urban renewal.
Our contribution caters to a massive scale, including 1,360 residential apartments across four towers, a dedicated premium office tower, and a shared podium featuring 9,000 square meters of retail and F&B spaces.
We curated materials that align with the architectural identity of the project, ensuring that the finishes reflect the intricate beauty of the Al Sadu-inspired design while meeting modern high-rise standards.
Managing the requirements for towers rising up to 56 storeys underscores our capacity to deliver high-performance solutions for the most challenging vertical structures in the UAE.
