The Avani Hotel Suites & Branded Residences is a striking 48-level landmark (2B+G+4P+43) soaring above the prestigious Al Sufouh district. Located adjacent to the iconic Dubai Pearl, this dual-purpose tower features 263 branded residences and 264 serviced apartments, designed to merge the comforts of high-end urban living with world-class hospitality.
Our involvement centered on the supply of meticulously selected tiles that meet the rigorous aesthetic and durability benchmarks of the international Avani brand.
We provided high-performance surfacing solutions capable of maintaining their sophisticated finish under the high-traffic demands of a premier hotel and serviced residence.
