By accessing this website, placing an order, or purchasing any products from ST style, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the website immediately.

3. Products & Services

ST style provides the online sale of brand-new bathroom and kitchen equipment, including but not limited to:

Showerheads and shower systems

Faucets and mixers

Bathroom and kitchen accessories

Wall hung and closed coupled water closets

Bathtubs

Related sanitaryware products

Product Descriptions:

We take reasonable steps to ensure accuracy. However, please note that product colours and images are for illustrative purposes only and may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting.

All products are sold for residential or commercial use as described on the product pages.

4. Orders & Processing

Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability

ST style reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors or stock issues

Orders placed after the daily processing cut-off time will be handled on the next business day

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless stated otherwise

Prices include VAT where applicable

Payments must be completed using the payment methods available at checkout

Refunds are issued only through the original method of payment

ST style reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

In the event of any conflict, the Returns & Refunds Policy shall prevail.

6.1 Non-Returnable Items

Products cannot be returned or refunded if they have been:

Installed or used

Connected to water, plumbing, or electrical systems

Removed from original packaging in a way that affects resale

Damaged due to improper handling

Products with internal electronics or sensors (e.g., Smart WCs, Sensor Mixers) are non-returnable once opened.

We do not accept returns for incorrect sizes or dimensions selected by the customer. Please verify all measurements before ordering.

If ST Style accepted the return, the customer is responsible for all shipping and return delivery costs. These costs are non-refundable and will not be covered by ST style.

Inspection upon Delivery Customers must inspect the package and the product immediately upon delivery. Any visible damage or discrepancies must be reported to the courier at the time of delivery and to ST style Customer Support within 24 hours. Failure to do so may affect the eligibility of your return or refund request.

6.2 Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return or refund provided that:

The product is unused and uninstalled

The product is in its original packaging with all parts included

The product is in the same condition as received

The request is submitted within the applicable return window

Incorrect product delivered

Manufacturing defects

Damage during delivery

The product has a confirmed factory defect that prevents it from functioning as intended.

If ST Style accepted the return, the customer is responsible for all shipping and return delivery costs. These costs are non-refundable and will not be covered by ST style.

6.3 Return Window

Eligible products may be returned within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery, in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

6.4 Special & Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may be non-returnable, including:

Clearance or promotional items

Smart WC

All the items with sensors and electronic devices inside it.

Custom-made or special-order products

Hygiene-related items once unsealed

6.5 Order Cancellation

If an order has already been shipped, return shipping costs may apply

6.6 Return Method & Costs

Returns must follow instructions provided by ST style Customer Support

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error attributable to ST style

6.7 Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within approximately 7 business days from receipt and inspection of the returned product.

7. Product Condition

All products sold by ST style are brand new

8. Delivery

Delivery is available across the UAE

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier availability

ST style is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers beyond reasonable control

8.1 Force Majeure

ST style shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, severe weather conditions, or logistical disruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under UAE law:

ST Style shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Liability is limited to the value of the purchased product

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence were prohibited by law

While we take reasonable steps to ensure accuracy, ST style does not guarantee that all website content complete or up to date at all times.
