ST style delivers bathroom and kitchen equipment across the United Arab Emirates.
Delivery availability may vary depending on:

Operational capacity
2. Order Processing & Cut-Off Time
Orders are processed during standard business hours from Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM)..
Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.
Cut-off times may vary during promotions or public holidays.
3. Handling & Dispatch Time
Orders are typically prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days, subject to:
Product availability
Order volume
Delivery destination
ST style will notify customers in case of any unexpected delays.
4 Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification via email or SMS containing a tracking number or a direct link to monitor the status of your shipment through our courier partner’s website.
5. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery timelines within the UAE:
Standard delivery: Typically 1–3 business days
Remote areas: May take longer depending on courier coverage
Delivery services usually operate Monday to Saturday, excluding UAE public holidays.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
Any promotional free delivery offers will be communicated on the website or during checkout.

ST style may use trusted third-party courier and logistics providers to fulfil deliveries.
ST style is not responsible for delays caused by:

Events beyond reasonable control (Superior force)
7.1 Force Majeure
ST style shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to deliver resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, natural disasters, traffic disruptions, or sudden courier service interruptions.
8. Delivery Address & Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
Providing accurate and complete delivery details
Ensuring someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address
ST style is not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by:
Incorrect or incomplete address information
Customer unavailability at the delivery time
8.1 Proof of Delivery
A signed delivery receipt by the customer or any person at the provided delivery address shall be deemed as conclusive evidence of the delivery of the order in good condition. In cases where a Secure PIN (OTP) is required, the successful entry of the code is considered equivalent to a physical signature and serves as final proof of receipt.
9. Failed or Missed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to customer-related reasons:
Re-delivery fees may apply
Re-delivery will be scheduled based on availability
10. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are advised to:
Inspect products upon delivery
Report any visible damage, missing items, or discrepancies within 24 hours of receipt
Failure to report issues within this timeframe may affect eligibility for returns or replacements.
