8.1 Proof of Delivery


A signed delivery receipt by the customer or any person at the provided delivery address shall be deemed as conclusive evidence of the delivery of the order in good condition. In cases where a Secure PIN (OTP) is required, the successful entry of the code is considered equivalent to a physical signature and serves as final proof of receipt.
